Our Early and Young Preschool classrooms introduce the Abeka curriculum, setting the stage for academic excellence through a Christian worldview. We focus on the “whole child,” ensuring that as their minds grow, their character and independence grow right along with them.

The Start of Phonics: Even our youngest learners begin exploring the world of language. We introduce letter recognition and sounds in a fun, multi-sensory way that prepares them for the reading journey ahead.
Biblical Truths & Character: We go beyond basic stories. Children are taught deeper Biblical truths and “character seeds”—learning what it means to be kind, honest, and helpful as they begin their walk with Christ.

Questions about Preschool at CCCA

No! We recognize that potty training is a developmental milestone. Our teachers are experts at incorporating potty training into the classroom routine, helping your child achieve mastery alongside their peers in a stress-free way.

It is very common for preschoolers (and parents!) to feel nervous. Our staff is trained to provide a nurturing “bridge” from the car to the classroom. We keep parents updated and use consistent routines to help children feel safe and secure.

Unlike programs that are strictly “play-based,” Abeka provides a gentle but structured framework. This means your child is learning phonics and numbers naturally through song and repetition, giving them a significant head start for Kindergarten.
